    "Purchase experience was fine except that pickup was a nightmare for us & closing manager, took twice as long as it should have due to TWO inexplicable errors in paperwork: (1) Car was titled in husband's name only despite salesman being told it was for wife & loan application being filled out with both names; it should have been titled in both names (BTW - wife is responding despite you addressing survey query to husband only - he doesn't drive the car, guys) & (2) the city was wrong on our address despite our having given drivers' licenses with correct address & filling out all paperwork including finance application with correct address. Why didn't someone at Knauz review the documents before we started our late afternoon purchase? We'd arrived early and were at Knauz for 1+ hour waiting time and 1-1/2+ hour to complete paperwork. AWFUL! - and not the service we expect from Knauz.     "When I called to make the appointment, I spoke to someone at client care. I was told that putting 2 tires on and checking out my car should only take 1 1/2 hours, so I didn't ask for a loaner. We brought the car in the night before and it wasn't ready until 4:30 the next day.
